What are the differences between Coaching and Programming?
Programming can be any part of the macrocycle. Programs are individualized and customized to each person's needs. Changes to the programs after their creation are not possible. Depending on the package, communication with a coach is minimum to none. Each program has been programmed so that it can adapt to your weekly performance.

Weekly communication is a must, and fully customizable training sessions take place, even when you have a bad day or you are not feeling at your best. Full-time support from an experienced coach to address every little detail on technique and training cycle. Unlimited technical feedbacks and general feedbacks for no extra cost. Full-time coaching packages can vary based on the needs of the athlete, and the price is determined by how big and inclusive the package can be after a discussion with the athlete.
