After booking your package you will receive an email containing a questionnaire. To create the best possible program for you, we need you to fill our short questionnaire and send us your videos.

Step 3:
Book a meeting

After step 2 is done, we will contact you to find the best time for you, before your first session. In this meeting, we will welcome you to the team and explain to you how everything works.
