This option is much different that Strengthblox Basic and Strengthblox Plus. This is a full-time powerlifting coaching option instead of a powerlifting program.

CPF members and residents of Cyprus are eligible for a 50% discount on our coaching packages due to our involvement with the Cyprus Powerlifting Federation and our commitment to promoting the sport of powerlifting in Cyprus. Contact us for more details.

Our most popular and service that covers everything an athlete will need. This service includes fully individualised weekly powerlifting coaching, detailed technical feebacks with the option of emergency contact for any scenario.

Additionally, Competition handling (When possible), Macrocycle design & Long-term Strategy design are included.
