Our custom programming includes an 8-10 week personalized training cycle. Depending on competition day or on how much we believe is needed for you to see progress the program can run from 8-10 weeks.
·A Warm-up routine for each day of the week, specifically created for your needs.
· A carefully picked out Accessory plan, helping you build more muscle and aiding your main lifts
· A customized Mobility routine that targets areas of improvement in mobility and technique.
· Adaptive algorithm that microadjusts the training load based on your performance.
· A Bad Day Button for alternative training loads, for days that you might not be at your best.

Excluding: Technical feedback, General feedback (Feedbacks are not included and have to be purchased separately for a reduced price)
After purchasing this product, you will receive an eBook with instructions on how to use the program and a link that will lead you to our online questionnaire. After you fill up the questionnaire and upload your videos, it will take some days to receive your training cycle file in a separate email.
